Prabhas’ first Adipurush teaser was released on Sunday night. Netizens were excited about Adipurush’s teaser, and when the first glimpse of Prabhas as Rama was released, their expectations skyrocketed. However, the CGI and visual effects of the Adipurush movie disappointed the audience. By highlighting selected scenes in the Adipurush teaser, various memes have been created on Twitter. In particular, viewers troll the makers of Adipurush over the film’s budget. Netizens are urging the directors to stop misleading the public by claiming that Adipurush film budget is Rs 550 crore despite the film’s poor CGI and VFX. It seems that Prabhas fans are not happy with Prabhas’ looks and created a humorous meme based on Saif Ali Khan’s Raavan look. On the other hand, Tollywood fans are asking Bollywood directors to stop making remakes and ruining Indian history.

I was mistaken #Adipurushwe can’t do justice to stories like #Ramayana & #Mahabharata unless we have a budget over 1000 crores. #Adipurush it looks promising but i’m #disappointed with VFX & CGI. Instead of Prabhas high fees, the makers could have invested that money in VFX. pic.twitter.com/1s6gCb9Phh

We should blame @omraut and his worst creative work. This is a bullshit teaser. @omraut should tell the VFX team to change things up before they get out of hand. The film looks like cartoons.
Very disappointed. #DisappointingAdipurish

Adipurush is an upcoming Indian Hindu historical film based on the Ramayana epic. The film is directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu, the film stars Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh. Made on a budget of ₹300–500 crore (−63 million US$), Adipurush is one of the most expensive Indian films ever made.
