Food and Beverage Services – NQF Level 4

This qualification will take place as blended learning, which is a combination of online and face-to-face learning.

Certification has four actors, namely the learner, the skills development provider, the CATHSSETA and the workplace. If you register before January, the fee will be reduced by 30%.

Each learner will receive a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) and a learner guide. The PoE will need to be completed and submitted upon completion. The workplace mentor will assist with workplace training.

All final summative assessments will be completed at the end of the term. This is to assess your practical and theoretical knowledge by internal evaluators and moderators. Subsequently, an external moderation of SETA will take place and certification will follow.

In accordance with our reassessment policy, Dei Gratia will carry out two reassessments.

Subsequent assessments will be charged per module.
