Winter’s coppery locks glistened in the sunlight as she pushed her cart into the parking lot. Last week, Ariel was seen leaving a salon with the same bright red hair color that she last wore in 2019.

Winter said she was “doing pretty well” now, but admitted that she struggled during the coronavirus lockdown and knew she wasn’t the only person to have seen her mental health suffer during the of the last year.

Ariel continued, ‘For me, I’m very lucky. I have been in therapy twice a week for eight years. This is the best part of my week.
Winter – who has been in trauma therapy for a year – doesn’t like being famous, but is happy to use her position in the public eye to promote better mental health awareness.

She said, ‘I’m on medication. I think it’s important to completely normalize mental health and the use of drugs for mental health.
âSo I tried to share this with my subscribers.
âI don’t particularly like the celebrity aspect of the industry. I don’t like to have my picture taken when I didn’t consent to it. I like to have a little privacy, so I try to keep it too.
